Diego Cardiel serves as the Owner and President of Cardiel Construction & Design, Inc., where he oversees construction, sales/design, and project management. Diego’s connection to construction runs deep, as he has been immersed in the industry from his earliest memories. Growing up under the influence of his father, who owned his own Landscape construction company, Diego’s journey reflects a lifelong familiarity and passion for the intricacies of the construction world which has allowed him to become an expert in both interior and exterior residential construction despite his young age.
Before establishing Cardiel Construction & Design, Inc., Diego developed his skills at his father’s outdoor living construction company, starting as a laborer and swiftly progressing through various roles. He mastered the art of building and managing projects from beginning to completion, excelling in design, and estimating/sales.
He is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Cal State Los Angeles, and plans on obtaining his Professional Engineer License with the state of California. Diego is also a licensed general contractor as of January 2024. Fueled by his passion, he dedicates each day to elevating himself and his business, striving for the highest standards, craftsmanship, and quality in every project.
Carlos Cardiel is a Managing Partner at Cardiel Construction & Design, Inc., in which he leads the role of project management, planning/scheduling, and design and sales. With a robust 25-years of experience in the outdoor living construction industry, Carlos embarked on his journey from humble beginnings at various landscape companies, ascending quickly from laborer to supervisory roles. In 2002, driven by a passion for his craft, he established his own Landscape Construction business.
Throughout his illustrious career, Carlos has designed and built over 1000 projects across different areas of LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Creating an immense portfolio and connections with industry professionals throughout the years and even taking part in construction builds for celebrities, such as Alfonso Arau, and many others. In the last decade, he has broadened his construction knowledge and contributed to the construction of numerous homes and has executed a vast amount of interior and exterior new construction builds and remodels. More than 20 years later, he now owns and operates Cardiel Construction & Design,Inc. , alongside his son Diego Cardiel.
As a licensed landscape and swimming pool contractor, Carlos Cardiel mirrors his son’s commitment to delivering the highest standards and craftsmanship in every project, ensuring a legacy of excellence in construction.
